The patches are hand screen printed with my own designs and water-based inks on solid cotton fabric. The large safety pin I designed after a photo; it is about 12cm (4¾”) long and fits everywhere. The patch itself measures 18 x 8 cm (7 x 3”) at least, so thats enough fabric to sew it on.
