The Haunted Mausoleum of Julia Legare- Схема для вышивки

This is a new pattern of my Legends for Halloween Series, taking up the same style - which I love very much. This time the drawing is dedicated to a little known woman who lived on Edisto Island, South Carolina, in 1800. Julia Legare, that was her name, was a woman who, at a still young age, contracted a disease, perhaps diphtheria, from which she died... or so it was thought. She was immediately buried in the Legare family mausoleum, in the Presbyterian Church of Edisto Island, and the door that closed the small mortuary building was sealed. Some time later, the mausoleum was reopened, perhaps to bury another member of the Legare family, and with great horror the decomposed remains of Julia were found behind the door, which showed signs of scratches and blows from the inside. Julia had been buried alive. From that day on, no one was able to close the door of the mausoleum. Despite repeated attempts, the door opened by itself, remaining wide open. It is said that Julia's ghost, who may still be wandering around the cemetery, keeps the door of her mausoleum open, so that no one can live her sorrow anymore. In the drawing I represented Julia as a ghost floating next to the Legare family mausoleum, with many candles that honor her story and her sad untimely death.
